For that reason the "Space Cadets", as the data controller (“controller”), would like to inform you as the data subject (“subject”) about the
collection and processing purposes of your personal data, according to Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”).

1. Processing purposes and legal basis
Your personal data will be processed exclusively in order to respond to your information- and/or booking-requests. The legal basis of the processing can be identified in Art. 6 sect. 1 a, as the data subject has provided specific consent for the data processing by the data controller.

The data controller uses automated tools to store, manage and transfer your personal data. The processing of your personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in Art. 4, n. 2) of the GDPR.
The retention period is defined in accordance with the legal or contractual regulations for data retention under consideration of legal or contractual retention obligations. If there is no legal or contractual retention obligation for the stored data, the deletion will take place immediately after they have become unnecessary to fulfil the respective purpose or on explicit request by the data subject.

For the purposes defined in art. 1 of this privacy policy, the data controller might grant access to your personal data to the following subjects:

If the transfer of personal data to third countries or international organizations is required in order to fulfil the relation between the data controller and the data subject, the data controller ensures that the transfer will happen in accordance with the data protection requirements defined by Chapter 5 of the GDPR.

5. Data provision obligation and consequences of non-provisioning
The provision of personal data is mandatory for the purposes stated in paragraph 1. The requested data is necessary in order to respond to your request. In case of non-provisioning, the data controller would not be able to respond to your request.
